Jimmer Fredette recovered from a slow start and finished with a game-high 32 points in leading Team Fredette past the Peoria All-Stars, 88-80. Fredette went 9-for-17 from the field and made all 11 of his free throws for Team Fredette, which outscored the Peoria All-Stars, 23-14, in the fourth quarter after entering the final stanza trailing by a point. Brandon Davies (21 points) and Ra’Shad James (14 points) also joined Fredette in double figures. Montel James, whose jumper won the opening-round game, had 28 points on 11-for-15 shooting and added 12 rebounds to lead the way for the Peoria All-Stars, who fell in a game that featured 12 ties and eight lead changes.
