Ronnie Brewer could arguably be one of the bigger faces of the Razorback basketball program in recent years. The 6’7” guard from Fayetteville, Arkansas increased his scoring productivity in each of his three years for Arkansas; beginning at 12.2 points per contest and ending at 18.4. After averaging 4.8 rebounds, 3.3 assists, and 2.6 steals to go along with his 18.4 points and shooting 33.8% from three’s and 49.3% from the floor, Brewer with the 14th pick in the 2006 NBA draft by the Utah Jazz. After appearing in just 56 games his rookie season, Brewer soon made a name for himself and assumed the role of Utah’s starting shooting guard his 2nd season in the league. Brewer was selected to play in the 2008 Rookie-Sophomore Game during NBA All-Star Weekend. It wasn’t long until he recorded a career-best 26 points, 7 rebounds, and 4 steals vs the Sacramento Kings in February 2009. Having more than 500 NBA games under his belt and 300 starts, Brewer maintains a 7.85 points per game average, along with 2.84 rebounds, 1.65 assists, 1.24 steals, and 0.24 blocks, all while shooting 49% from the floor and 67.5% at the free throw line. Brewer looks to make his 2nd appearance in TBT in 2019 after debuting with Team Arkansas in 2018.
