Player Bio

Dexter McCleon is a 1996 graduate of Clemson University. Before his time at Clemson, McCleon, was drafted in the 1993 MLB Draft by the Minnesota Twins, but decided to go ahead and move on to Clemson- where he starred in both baseball and football. McCleon is the ONLY player in ACC Football history to be named the ACC player of the week on: offense, defnese and special teams, during the same season. After a stellar senior season, McCleon, was selected as a memeber of the 1st team All ACC, and was eventually drafted in the 2nd round of the NFL Draft by the St. Louis Rams. During his 10 year NFL career, McCleon, compiled two NFC Championships and was a starter while crowned Champion of Super Bowl XXXIV. McCleon is a very passionate Clemson alumni who can't wait to support the alumni basketball team in this summer TBT tournament! Go Tigers!!
