"Trying to turn tragedy into triumph...Isaiah Austin has been great. He's oozing with talent."

Of all the great moments in TBT history, watching Isaiah Austin step on the court in Lexington last summer has to rank right among the top. Once a surefire first-round pick, Austin's NBA aspirations were cut short when he was diagnosed with Marfan syndrome just days before the 2014 draft. While the former Baylor star has shown incredible perserverance by carving out a nice overseas career in Europe and Asia, heading into last summer Austin had not played a game on American soil since college. That all changed when Boogie Cousins came calling. Not only did Austin accept his invitation to play for Loyalty Is Love, he showed the world he can still ball at the highest levels. In the team's run to the Quarterfinals, Austin averaged 15.3 points and 4.5 rebounds per game. Even better? He pledged to come back for TBT 2020 and do it all over again. Here's just a taste of what to expect.
